1st Southport had a superb day out at the Crocky Trail on Saturday. Over 80 of our Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Adult Volunteers enjoyed a funfilled day in the sunshine trying out all their 'different' activities and rides. We all came back very tired! 🙂

1st Willow and Maple Beavers, Panther and Tiger Cub Packs had a great time at last Saturday's District Birthday Bash to celebrate Squirrels turning 5 years old, Beavers 40 and Cubs 110. They joined over 330 Young People from Sefton North enjoying lots of land and water based activities throughout the day ending with them singing Happy Birthday around a large cake and then everyone taking home specially made cupcakes ( courtesy of our Maggie from Willow Beavers!) 🙂

Thanks everyone that visited our stall at the Ainsdale Show yesterday. We raised a brilliant £255! We were also making people aware we have spaces in our Beaver Colonies from September so please email [email protected] if you know anyone who wants to join! Well done to our Beavers & Cubs that entered / won the Nature and Plant a Pot competitions and made bookmarks etc. 🙂

Both our Cub Packs and Beaver Colonies went to Wingding at Tawd Vale this weekend and had a brilliant time . This is a Bi-Annual Merseyside County camp where the Cubs camped and the Beavers visited in the Saturday meaning there were 1300 people on site at once. Everyone took part in loads of activities in zones which included Water, craft, adventure, bushcraft and the Arena 🙂
