Remembering Beast from the East … we checked up on our neighbours.. please keep an eye on any ‘vulnerable’ neighbours..

Like others I presumed more folks had heart issues clots etc in cold weather … but it’s heat that can create them

Which is why our lovely local doctor( can’t recall his name) in 2012… used to advise his patients… ESPECIALLY THE LADIES …. TWO PINTS OF WATER, ONE BANANA and ONE PACKET PLAIN CRISPS daily to keep electrolyte levels correct to AVOID dizzy spells..
