We are the Hyndburn Comets Majorette Troupe!

We have sections of Babies, Tinies, Juniors & Seniors! We are the Hyndburn comets Majorettes and we are a registered charity (1063543) who provide a dancing hobby for children and adults aged from 3 years up to currently 35+ years. We are always looking for new and old members to join our troupe. Our main passion is dancing, entertainment and competing. We help to teach the dancers about commitmen

t, self-motivation and team work. The Hyndburn Comets have been part of the dance world for well over 30 years and still going strong with over 30 members. We are currently part of the Premier Dance Association, competing in competitions from March to September nearly every Sunday.

Radcliffe Carnival 2026

After what seems like forever (about 3 years 🙈😂) the Tartan Army returned to Radcliffe to compete with The Premier Dance Association and participate in the parade 🎊🎉
A massive well done to our Seniors for winning 2nd place! 🥈🏆
Also a huge thank you and round of applause to our Tinies and some of our Juniors who walked the parade! Fantastic effort from you all! 👯‍♀️💃🏻
The team then enjoyed an afternoon at the fair; which from the photos, you will see that they were imprisoned with joy (check out the evidence 🤣)! 🕵🏼‍♀️👮🏼

It’s Time For Tartan!!

Once again we are hosting our own competition with the Premier Dance Association this weekend! We are looking forward to the troupes travelling to Accy to perform and do what we all love!

It would be wonderful for any family, friends, past dancers etc to come and support us on this day and to enjoy the top notch performances; the best from the North West and Wales!
