Hi my names Linsey Hermon, I'm a month in and after weighing myself today I am 1 stone lighter 😃

I'm really pleased with the results and I feel really good. I am still loving my shakes in a morning and the boosters are still keeping my appetite at bay 👍 The craving for rubbish food is less and I even find the weekends easier.
