We’re delighted to share that last night we won the Workforce Development Award at the Hyndburn Business Awards 2026 πŸŽ‰

Providing high-quality support to women across Lancashire starts with having a skilled, knowledgeable and confident team. Through ongoing training and development opportunities, we help our staff continue to grow so they can deliver the best possible support to the women we serve.

This achievement reflects the commitment our team shows every day to learning, developing and delivering an outstanding service. A special thank you goes to our HR team, whose work behind the scenes helps create opportunities for staff to thrive 🌟

This week is Volunteers' Week and we couldn't let it pass without taking a moment to say a huge, heartfelt THANK YOU to every single one of our incredible volunteers! 🩡

You give your time, your energy and your compassion and the difference you make to the women and families we support across Lancashire is immeasurable.

Put simply, Lancashire Women wouldn't be what it is without volunteers. Every single one of you deserves to be celebrated this week and every week 😌

And...If seeing these faces has got you thinking about volunteering yourself then we'd love to meet you!

We're hosting a Volunteer Open Day at our Blackpool Hub and you're warmly invited to come along and find out what volunteering with Lancashire Women actually looks like.
