Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service (Official) are recruiting King’s Trust Team Leaders to help deliver the LFRS - King’s Trust Team Programme at Lancaster/Morecambe or Hyndburn Fire Stations.
This is a challenging yet incredibly rewarding role, supporting young people aged 16–25 across Lancashire. You’ll assist in delivering a personal development programme designed to build confidence, motivation and essential life skills through teamwork and community projects.
As a King’s Trust Team Leader, you will hold or be willing to work towards Level 3 Award in Education and Teaching (QCF) within the first year of employment and progress to Level 4 Certificate in Education and Teaching (QCF) and hold or willing to work towards an IOSH, Certificate in Managing Safely; with GCSE’s Grade C or above in English and Maths or equivalent.
The King’s Trust Programme brings together young people from a wide range of backgrounds and circumstances, helping them unlock their potential and move forward with confidence.
Salary: £33,673 - £39,481

It brings together practical information, advice and opportunities in one place – including careers guidance, training and education options, employability support, wellbeing resources and local services. The Padlet provides easy access to trusted tools and contacts to help young people make positive choices about their future.
