Woodland Tales and Trails has finished for the Summer, what a wonderful year we have had 🌳❤️🌳❤️We are very lucky to have had these session funded by the Eric Wright Charitable Trust who have supported our organisation for the past 7 years we are beyond grateful for their contribution to our Forest Fun.

This week we got creative with nature! The children used leaves to make canvas prints, created their own paints using leaves and berries, explored painting with natural paintbrushes, and made beautiful leaf prints using sun paper.

These fun, hands-on activities encouraged creativity, curiosity, and exploration while developing fine motor skills and a love for the natural world.

What a pleasure it has been to see class 4 in the woods! Sharing their finds, seeing them bust with pride and confidence, hearing past memories of forest school and belly laughs in the hammocks.

So much wonderful exploration and curiosity about the flowers and trees in our woodland. Topped off with a hot chocolate and hammock swinging...we're not sure who enjoyed swinging more, the children or the grown ups! You're never to old to have fun in a hammock :-)
