Today two of our former Beavers and Cubs set out on a trip of a lifetime with school to Malaysia,for a fortnight of jungle trek/survival, kayaking, volunteers in a local village and sea turtle conservation on the beaches. The skills they learned earning badges and having fun are definitely being put to good use now, and for the good of the planet. We wish you an amazing time boys and can't wait to hear all about your adventures when you come home safe and sound, I know your mum's are missing you both already. A very proud leader today xx

A weekend away at Great Tower activity centre at Lake Windermere for the Beavers and Cubs. Activities included Archery, shelter building, raft building and a fell walk. For some it was their first time away from home, but teamwork makes the dream work and everyone had an amazing weekend. The Leaders went home very proud of the children and their achievements.
