A Resounding Success: Sanyang UK Association (S**A) Annual Family Fun Day 2026.
What an incredible day we had. A massive thank you to everyone who joined us for our Annual Family Fun Day. It was a brilliant gathering filled with joy, great food, fantastic company, and wonderful activities for the kids, including the bouncy castle.
The S**A Annual Family Fun Day is much more than just a gathering; it is a celebration of community, culture, and togetherness. Bringing people together through music, dance, food, games, and shared experiences creates an environment where people from all backgrounds can connect, learn from one another, and celebrate the rich heritage that unites us.
Building on the wonderful success of our first event, this second annual gathering is quickly growing into a vibrant community tradition that showcases the beauty of our culture while embracing our shared spirit. From delicious food and live entertainment to community games, it creates lasting memories while strengthening relationships across generations.
We want to send a special shoutout and deep appreciation to the Executive Committee, the Organising Committee, our wonderful Host Crawley Team, and all our members and friends who traveled and turned out in such great numbers to support the event. Your dedication, personal sacrifices, and shared community spirit continue to drive our association forward.
Community Update & Next Steps:
Due to the packed schedule and the vibrant flow of the day's activities, the Executive Committee sought a mandate from the membership to postpone our formal meeting. The membership graciously accepted, and the meeting was adjourned. Official minutes and announcements regarding the date and format of our next meeting (whether face-to-face or online) will be shared with members soon.
