Newyddion cyffrous o Hafod | Exciting news from Hafod

Mae camerâu prosiect wedi ffilmio belaod coed yn ymweld ag un o’n blychau nythu yn Hafod NT/YG. Dyma’r tro cyntaf ers dechrau’r prosiect i ni gofnodi defnydd un o’r blychau ar ystâd Hafod ers i’r prosiect ddechrau monitor yn 2024.
Diolch yn fawr i geidwaid yr Ymddiriedolaeth Genedlaethol am eu cymorth yn gosod, cynnal a monitro’r blychau. Mae eu cefnogaeth yn chwarae rhan hanfodol yn ein gwaith cadwraeth ar gyfer bele’r coed.

Our trail cameras have captured footage of a pine marten visiting one of our den boxes at Hafod. This is the first recorded use of a pine marten den box on the Hafod estate since the project began monitoring in 2024.
A huge thank you to the National Trust rangers who have helped us install, maintain and monitor these den boxes. Their support plays a vital role in our ongoing pine marten conservation work.
