For many older people in West Wales, Christmas is not the most magical time of the year. While the world celebrates Christmas with festive joy, thousands face another Christmas alone. This December, don’t let loneliness be their story. 😢

Our team is passionate about supporting older people not just at Christmas but all year round. Last year, thanks to you, Age Cymru Dyfed:

✔️Supported 365 with dementia and their carers
✔️Provided 560 people on mental health support
✔️Offered befriending to 292 older people
✔️Helped 463 older people with tech and digital
✔️Delivered info and advice to 2,684 people
✔️Awarded £2.3m in unclaimed welfare benefits
