Come give Kettlercise a try!
We work with low weight kettlebells for a total body conditioning workout.
The weights are light, (from 2kg) but we do high reps. There’s no jumping, so it’s low impact on your joints (ideal for people getting back into exercise after a break).... or if you are feelin’ fit, you can choose a bigger kettlebell to make the workout as tough as you like....
We work ALL the muscles, and as kettlebell work tends to be glute dominant, we burn LOADS of calories (as the glutes are such a big muscle, they burn lots of cals when we work them effectively)
But, don’t take my word for it.... come give it a go...
