The Scottish Government's Planning and Environmental Appeals Division (DPEA) is hosting the Kintore to Tealing 400kV Overhead Line (OHL) Public Inquiry and hearing sessions. The oral hearing sessions run from June 16 to June 19, 2026, with public community hearing sessions scheduled for the evenings.

The community hearings timetable for Angus and surrounding areas includes:
Tuesday, June 17, 2026: 18:00 – 20:00 at Tealing Village Hall (Inveraldie).
Wednesday, June 18, 2026: Two sessions (14:30 – 16:30 and 18:00 – 20:00) at Brechin City Hall.
Thursday, June 19, 2026: 18:00 – 20:00 at Kintore Public Hall.
