Extreme heat is a workplace health and safety issue. ☀️

With heat warnings in place for parts of Wales, employers must act to keep staff safe.

That means proper risk assessments, cool drinking water, rest breaks and changes to duties or working patterns where needed.

Public service workers keep Wales running in all conditions. No one should be put at risk by unsafe heat at work.

Worried about conditions in your workplace? Speak to your UNISON rep.
