Bryn y Cwm Community Forum The area has a population of over 20,000. The Bryn y Cwm Community Forum was established as an independent body in 2003 by Monmouthshire County Council.

Bryn y Cwm is the northern part of the Welsh county of Monmouthshire, centered on Abergavenny and including the eastern edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park. It was the council’s wish that the people of Abergavenny and surrounding area should have a platform from which their views could be heard.
