It will be the Community Flats 20th birthday on the 14th of October this year!!
Wowzers 😁
We have had so many incredible people join us over the years.
Our wonderful participants, volunteers, committee members, agencies, funders, partners, supporters, neighbours and friends are the ones who have made the journey worthwhile ❤️
It's been a journey of lots of joy and a little heartbreak. We have encouraged inclusion, befriending, uplifting of emotions and confidence, sharing ideas, space and time.
Engaging with help and support agencies. Feeling welcomed, valued, supported, challenged and less isolated.
Being part of the wider community.
Opportunity to be part of, or lead a group, gain help from agencies, be helped to make positive life choices, enjoy confidential chats, emotional peer support, feeling valued and a part of something.
Be outdoors, healthy, and conscious of the environment.
The list is endless.
