What a fantastic evening.
For our February meeting we invited Natalie Simpson from Bee Crafty Ceramics to come along. Natalie brought with her a selection of ceramics for us to decorate. It was great fun getting creative with paint & it was also very therapeutic. We couldn’t believe how quickly the time passed & I forgot to take photos because we were all enjoying ourselves so much. Natalie has taken our ceramics away to be glazed & we can’t wait to see the finished results.
Our competitions this month were - make a candle & fruity jam.
It was lovely to see the first signs of Spring when Fiona took in snowdrops from her garden for our flower of the month.

For our First meeting of 2025 we enjoyed a Scottish themed night. We started off with a Scottish quiz followed by a delicious traditional meal of Haggis, neeps, tatties & oatcakes followed by raspberry trifle then tea/ coffee & shortbread.
It was a lovely evening with lots of chat & laughter.
Everyone wore a touch of tartan & we were able to enjoy the oatcakes from our competition with our meal.
It was wonderful to see everyone working together & mucking in to create a fantastic evening.
A huge thank you to all our members for making our Scottish evening such a success.
