We're delighted to announce our new chair based Zumba class with Zumba with Sharon which starts on Monday 8th September at 1pm at Great Western Community Centre!

This fun, friendly low impact exercise class is suitable for all ages and abilities. Whether you have mobility issues, or are just starting out on your exercise journey, this class is perfect for keeping you active while seated.
