The purpose of the awards is to celebrate and recognise excellence in the regions’ hospitality and tourism sectors. The awards recognise and reward the ‘best of the best’ tourism businesses of all sizes throughout Aberdeen City and Shire

We are an association, which presently has a membership of thirty eight independently operated hotels and conference venues ranging form 3 star to 5 star (VisitScotland grading) providing a total of some 2500 bedrooms. Our members are located throughout the City of Aberdeen and the surrounding countryside of Aberdeenshire. We are committed to improving the quality and standard of hotel service from our staff, and to furthering the overall standard of excellence and hospitality within our region. The business, tourism, retail and cultural sectors work very closely together to offer visitors a varied programme of events and experiences to suit all interests and the ACSHA is an active member of many of these partnerships, whose task it is to promote the City & Shire.
