What a summer it’s been! 🌟

Whilst we’ve been busy reaching over 2,000 people across the North East with hands-on STEM activities, we’ve also been keeping busy behind the scenes!

Across the summer holidays, our team has been working on lots of exciting projects, planning new activities and getting everything ready for the new school term. 🚀

🎉 Congratulations to our Career Ready interns, Tay and Leen, on successfully completing their internships with TechFest!

Over the past few weeks, they've developed new skills, gained valuable workplace experience and made a fantastic contribution to our team through the Career Ready programme, which provides young people with mentoring and paid internship opportunities to help prepare them for the world of work.

Now that their internships have come to an end, we're looking back on their journey and hearing about their experiences in their own words.
