Looking to get active, enjoy the fresh air and meet new people in your local area? We are launching a brand new Social Walk and we would love for you to join us!

🗓️ When: Wednesday 24th June (and every Wednesday after!)

📍 Meeting Point: Inchgarth Community Centre

What is a Social Walk? It is a FREE, low-intensity, 60-minute gentle walk open to all abilities. It’s a fantastic way to boost your physical and mental wellbeing while having a good chat along the way. Whether you want to become more active, are recovering from a health condition, or just want to socialise, everyone is welcome. We have a new Toddler Group starting on Monday 29th June from 9.30-11am, in addition to our Thursday session which runs from 9.30-10.45am. Both groups are free for members, and membership is only £10 per year. We have a wide range of toys for all ages, puzzles, balance equipment and wheely toys. The session is for children aged 0-4 years, providing them with the perfect opportunity to socialize and develop new skills. Your child will interact with other babies and toddlers, learning important social skills like sharing and cooperation while having fun with their parents/grandparents/carers.
