The BPD Support Group had their Christmas lunch today. A lovely afternoon with some yummy food, good conversation and a laugh! We missed those faces who couldn't make it. BPD Support wishes all those BPD warriors out there a Merry Christmas. 🎄🎅 Wishing you all a happy new year filled with love, laughter, prosperity and good health. 🖤🤍

🌟 BPD Support Community Update. 🌟

Let's introduce Emma, our BPD Peer Support Worker. 👋

Emma came to us firstly, as a community member. She did the bpd recovery course and volunteered as admin. She went on to maternity leave, but still found time to come and support BPD Support awareness and social events. Her true heart lies in Peer Support. With all her hard work in her recovery, we are proud that she is now leading the Peer Support Group. 🏅
