Last night we did an amazing thing. The community Art Space hosted a film made in the Cornhill area by young people and members of the community art group. Projected outside and heard on wireless headphones. It was a brilliant reflection of our local history past and present.

Thank you Wildbird, Jemma Patterson, youth group, art group artist, CLD youth workers, and Cornhill Community Association for letting me run with my wild creative vision! 🌈🌞💓

On Tuesday the Art Space art group spent the day working with Wildbird visual arts, using video and sound recording equipment and a drone to capture images and memories of the Cornhill area. We held a community session in the afternoon and enjoyed hearing the fascinating stories of life in the prefabs, before the high rise flats were built.
