Don’t wait to be part of the New Year, New Me Brigade…

The Compass Project are looking to launch some brand-new, friendly, and accessible health and fitness groups and we want to gather some information on what works best for anyone who may be interested. The aim would be to kick these off during the week beginning 2nd November.

This is a chance to get a bit more active, meet new people and have some fun whilst doing fitness circuits, walking football or both.

Please register your interest and share any feedback by completing this form: https://tinyurl.com/32yu438x
