After careful consideration, the trustees have decided to close Friends of Wood RecyclAbility as a charity.
We would like to thank everyone who has supported FoWR over the years, whether through donations, volunteering, fundraising, purchasing items, attending events or simply helping to spread the word. Your encouragement and generosity have been greatly appreciated.
Your support has enabled us to help Wood Recyclability with:
o roof repairs
o upgrade of the toilet facilities
o boiler repairs
and purchase of:
o A new boiler
o Hand tools
o A table saw
o The wood chipper
o A planer
Although FoWR is closing, the work of Wood RecyclAbility continues. Wood RecyclAbility provides supported training and work experience while giving unwanted wood a useful new life.
You can continue to support its work by visiting the Wood RecyclAbility website and online shop: https://shopwood.co.uk/
Thank you once again to everyone who has been part of FoWR and supported its work, especially:
