We’re delighted to be hosting a FREE workshop at Signposted Cymru, helping to raise awareness and improve understanding of neurodiversity within our community. 💙

Whether you’re looking to learn more for yourself, support a loved one, or build your knowledge — this session is open to everyone.

A healthy mind is as important as a healthy body ❤️

Teenage years are difficult enough, without the added pressure our children sometimes put themselves under.

Signposted Cymru will be delivering a workshop to help our players ensure that they look after themselves and know how to deal with pressure and help them build resilience, while realising the importance of talking about their problems. A problem shared, is a problem halved.

This is open to anyone in the Ferndale Mini & Junior RFC but particularly aimed at our teenagers in the U13's & U14's 💚
