Aujourd'hui, la Région Hauts-de-France a mis à l’honneur les étudiants qui ont participé et remporté le Solar Décathlon Europe.

Il y a 10 jours, après un mois de construction et de compétition, et alors que quelques semaines plus tôt le départ de France restait encore incertain, l'équipe Habiter 2030 remportait le Solar Decathlon Europe 2019 à Szentendre, en Hongrie. Voici les moments forts de la victoire 🚀

C’EST GAGNÉ 🥇 Habiter 2030 remporte le Solar Decathlon Europe 2019 en Hongrie.
Merci à vous tous d’avoir cru en nous. La jeunesse et l’équipe portent collectivement les valeurs de la réhabilitation du patrimoine local.
Cette aventure a été riche avec toutes les équipes venues du monde entier.

Az energia új korszakának hajnalán a csapat által képviselt régió új kihívásokkal szembesül. Északnyugat-Európára jellemzően, Franciaország egyik legnépesebb és leginkább sebezhető régiójáról van szó, ahol az ipari forradalom és hanyatlás következtében sűrű városszövet alakult ki. A régióban több mint 700.000 ház maradt hátra az 1930-as évekből, melyek egyedülálló tulajdonságaik ellenére rehabilitációra szorulnak. A Habiter2030 csapata megoldást kínál ezen lakások felújítására egy olyan kollektív mozgalom ösztönzésével, mely új fejlődési, foglalkoztatási és oktatási lehetőségek irányába mutat. Amellett, hogy a csapat az épületek fejlesztésére és átalakítására fókuszál, a Habiter2030 projekt valódi esszenciája a társadalom és a városi környezet integrációja, mely egy új modellt jelent a megosztás és a kölcsönösség terén. A projekt középpontjában a lakók állnak, ezért a csapat tagjai egyedi és innovatív megközelítést követve találékony, takarékos és egyszerű megoldásokat ötvözve alkották meg prototípusukat.

A Habiter2030 épület egy olyan archetípus megtestesítője, mely az 1930-as évek tipikus házának térbeli, építészeti és termikus tulajdonságait reprezentálja. Az eredeti épületet határoló szerkezet egy üveg bővítmény hozzáépítésével került átalakításra, amely nemcsak további emeleti területet jelent, hanem hozzájárul a természetes fűtéshez, szellőzéshez és energiatermeléshez is. A Habiter2030 a lakók igényeinek megfelelően reagál az évszakváltozásokra. A csapat az innovatív anyagok és megoldások alkalmazását szorgalmazza, de a projekt messze túlmutat az építészet, a mérnöki munkálatok és a kivitelezés hármasán. A prototípus kialakításakor az ember került a fókuszpontba. A szomszédság és a közösség tekintetében a hangsúly az energiatermelés-és szolgáltatások megosztásán, cseréjén van.

A csapat egyedülálló és innovatív ötletei nyomán az okos eszközök és egyszerű megoldások harmóniája jelenik meg az alábbiakban:
- Fotovoltaikus tetőre szerelt panelek – 2560 kWh/év energia előállítást tesznek lehetővé, mely körülbelül kétszer akkora, mint egy tipikus 1930-as évekbeli ház elektromos fogyasztása.
- Az üvegház homlokzatára szerelt termikus szolár vákuumcsövek – a felfűtött víz a szaniterben kerül felhasználásra.
- Az üvegház kombinálása mechanikai szellőzéssel hozzájárul a ház passzív fűtéséhez, hűtéséhez és szellőzéséhez.
- Az egyedi építőanyagok és technológiák tandemben működnek a lakók igényeinek és életmódjának megfelelően kialakított intuitív otthonautomatizálási rendszerrel.

At the dawn of the new energy era, the region of the Team is facing new challenges. Typical of north-western Europe, it is one of the most populated and economically vulnerable regions in France, with a dense urban fabric resulting from the industrial revolution and its decline. There are more than 700.000 of the so called 1930s houses in this region and despite their unique qualities their rehabilitation is essential. The HABITER2030 Team responds to the issues related to the renovation of these dwellings, encouraging a collective movement that inspires new opportunities for development, employment and education. The Team improves and transforms the typical 1930s house, but the real ingenuity of the HABITER2030 project is the integration of the social and urban environment. This implies a new model for sharing and mutualisation. The role of the inhabitant lies at the centre of the project and the Team members introduce unique and innovative approaches, combining ingenious pro¬ducts with frugal and straightforward solutions.

The HABITER2030 house is an analogous archetype representing the dimensional, architectural and thermal qualities of the typical 1930s house. The original envelope has been transformed with the introduction of a glasshouse extension, which not only provides additional floor area, but also contributes to the natural heating, ventilation and energy production. The HABITER2030 house reacts to season changes in response to the needs of its inhabitants. The Team is interested in innovative materials and solutions, but HABITER2030 goes far beyond architecture, engineering and construction. Human is placed at the core of the approach of the Team. At the scale of the neighbourhood and the community, they emphasize on sharing and exchange of energy production and services.

⚡️ applied innovative technologies
The Team introduces unique and innovative approaches, combining ingenious products with frugal straightforward solutions, some of which are:
- Photovoltaic roof mounted panels – allowing for the production of 2560 kWh/per year, about twice as much as electrical consumption of a typical 1930s house.
- Thermal solar vacuum tubes installed on the glasshouse façade – heating water used for sanitary use.
- The Glasshouse combined with mechanical ventilation – contributing to the passive heating, cooling and ventilation of the house.
- All those distinctive building materials and technologies work in tandem with an intuitive home automation system adapted to the inhabitants needs and lifestyle.

C’est encore nous, avec un nouveau trophée de première place ! 🏆

Habiter 2030 remporte l’épreuve Neighbourhood Integration and Impact, suivi de près par l'équipe de l'université TU Delft, dont seul 1 point d’écart nous sépare.

Le jury a particulièrement apprécié l’approche humaine et réaliste du projet, une réponse territoriale à une problématique globale. La vision d’intégration sociale des Hauts-de-France a séduit l’Europe 😉

L’équipe sur scène en a profité pour remercier tous ceux déjà rentrés en France 👋
