📢 Last-Minute Volunteer Call! We’re looking for our superhero teacher! 🦸‍♀️💙
Are you free on Wednesdays, 11:00–12:30? Join us and help our Pre-Literacy students discover the wonderful world of phonics! 🔤 Details below 👇

📅 Due to a last-minute change, starting September 9, we’re looking for a teacher for our Pre-Literacy class for English-speaking 4-year-olds (Moyenne Section), every Wednesday from 11:00–12:30. No sessions during French school holidays.

📚The class teaches letter sounds through Jolly Phonics, with training materials and lesson plans provided for the whole year, so only minimal preparation is required.

👨‍👩‍👧 We still have a few places in our Literacy 1 (Grande Section), 2 (CP), 3 (CE1) and 5/6 (CM1/CM2) classes. This is a great opportunity for a parent to teach while their child is in class and get one free place for their child! If you don’t have a child enrolled, we reimburse petrol expenses.

Come and be part of a wonderful community that has been bringing families together since 1987! 💛

📩 Please get in touch at [email protected] if you’re interested. And if you can’t volunteer yourself, help us spread the word — let’s work some internet magic and find our superhero teacher! 🦸‍♀️💙

🏃‍♀️⚽ Sports Day Fun! ⚽🏃‍♂️

Yesterday morning, we enjoyed a fantastic Sports Day with our PLP families, and what a great morning it was! 😊

The children and families had lots of fun taking part in egg-and-spoon races, sack races, challenging relay races, a family tug-of-war, and even a mini water fight to finish the event with plenty of smiles and laughter! 💦🥚🏅

⚽️ A special thank you to InterSoccer, who have been supporting PLP for over 10 years by providing coaches for our events. The children always love the games and activities they bring. We would especially like to thank coaches Isabelle and Claire for joining us and helping make the morning so enjoyable. 🎖️
Be sure to check out Intersoccer's website and their page to learn more about their football clubs and birthday party programmes. 🥅

Finally, a huge thank you to all the children, parents, and volunteers who helped create such a fun-filled morning. It was wonderful to come together, enjoy some friendly competition, and make great memories as a community. ❤️
