We're thrilled to share moments from our recent outreach activity focused on raising awareness about postnatal depression and its impact on the mental wellbeing of new and expectant mothers.
Through open dialogue and shared experiences, we aimed to empower women with knowledge, support and resources to navigate the postnatal period with confidence and care.
Thanks to all our amazing volunteers, participants and healthcare workers who made this session impactful.
