👉 A few weeks have passed since MEU Strasbourg 2025, but we couldn’t let May begin without wrapping up what has been a truly exciting edition of the conference.
And we’re starting with a heartfelt THANK YOU! ❤️
🙌 To our amazing participants, tireless organisers, generous sponsors, and every partner who helped us make this event a reality, thank you for believing in the power of youth engagement, civic education, and dialogue across borders.
📍 This year, MEUS brought together over 150 young people from across Europe and beyond, who stepped into the roles of MEPs, Ministers, journalists, interpreters, lobbyists, and ECB representatives. For one week, we gathered in the actual building of the European Parliament to simulate how EU legislation is made.
✅ We debated amendments, held trilogues, passed legislation, and challenged one another’s positions, all within a spirit of mutual respect and cooperation.
✅ Our journalists captured the moments, our interpreters ensured every voice was heard, and our lobbyists made sure no angle went unexplored.
✅ And between all of that, friendships were formed, networks built, and memories created that will last long after the simulation ends.
🌟 What makes MEUS so unique is that it goes far beyond a role-play. It becomes a launchpad for future policymakers, diplomats, researchers, journalists, and community leaders.
We’re proud of what MEUS has become over the years: a space where young people can test ideas, challenge themselves, and see that their voices really do matter.
Thanks again to everyone who made MEUS 2025 what it was. See you next time — in Strasbourg!
