L’ Business School et l’association EDHEC Alumni sont heureux d’annoncer la nomination de Sylvie Mouchon au poste de Directrice exécutive d’EDHEC Alumni pour prendre le relais de Martin Barbier.

Diplômée de l’EDHEC en 1991, Sylvie apporte une solide expérience à la croisée du marketing stratégique, du développement international et de la transformation. Elle entretient aussi un profond lien avec son école, des atouts précieux pour poursuivre le développement de l’association.

« En rejoignant l’équipe EDHEC Alumni, j’ai à cœur de faire vivre et grandir notre communauté — diplômés, étudiants, en partenariat avec l’École, la Fondation et les bénévoles de l’association. Je crois sincèrement à la force du collectif et à la richesse de notre écosystème : c’est ensemble que nous saurons relever les enjeux d’un monde en constante évolution. »

🔥 A chapter closes, and a new one begins for EDHEC Alumni!
After 8 years of unwavering commitment at the helm of the association, Martin Barbier is passing the baton.
His energy, dynamism, and talent for bringing our community together around a shared vision have left a lasting mark on all our alumni. Under his leadership, the network has grown, innovated, and strengthened its impact.

This summer, Martin will embark on a new journey as an executive coach at Osiris Conseil, where he will continue to guide and inspire the leaders. But as an alumnus, he will remain closely engaged with the network, and we look forward to seeing him again soon!

So, what’s next for EDHEC Alumni? The future is taking shape with Cendrine Tabary, who is stepping in as the new Director 🎉
EDHEC graduate (Master 1996), Cendrine brings over 25 years of experience in leading international groups (Audit, FMCG, Fashion, Retail), with a strong background in Finance, ESG, and Business Development.
She began her career in audit at Arthur Andersen before joining Danone in Finance. She then moved on to Lacoste, where she served as CFO Asia-Pacific and later VP Sales & Operations. Most recently, she was Director of Performance and CEO Second Hand at Kiabi.

🎯 Her mission?
• Elevating EDHEC’s global reputation through the strength of its alumni network by fostering engagement,
• Championing initiatives that drive positive impact,
• Promoting transformation and innovation within our thriving community.

From 22 April until the summer, Cendrine and Martin will work hand in hand to ensure a seamless transition, continue the momentum at EDHEC Alumni, and set even greater ambitions for the future!

🎤 Fondatrice du podcast Legend Ladies et du réseau The Circle, elle accompagne les femmes dans la réalisation de leurs ambitions. En 2022, Laura a été distinguée pour son investissement en matière d'égalité F/H par LinkedIn (Top Voice) et le magazine Forbes.
