When? We, Spanish Felix and French Giom, dream of cycling from Brest, France, to Vietnam by bicycle! We want to raise awareness and help children suffering from cystic fibrosis in France to escape their daily battle and allow them to dream and discover the world through our eyes…. We already have the official approval of World vi
sion behind us, and now we need your help with one easy click of your mouse! We have the chance to win 5,000 Euros for our project- a huge help in getting the adventure rolling! Mission Statement:
• Help children suffering from cystic fibrosis to escape their daily medical environment and discover the world vicariously through our adventures. At the heart of our mission is a simple objective: if they can’t go out and see the world, we’ll bring the world to them. We want to help ignite their dreams and imagination, so that they can rediscover the energy needed to conquer the illness.

Quoi?
18 000 Km, 22 Pays traversés, 2 cyclistes ! Nous, Felix, Español et Giom, Français rêvons de rouler de Brest pour le Viet-Nam, à vélo ! Départ Mars 2012...
Objectifs:
* Permettre à des enfants atteints de la mucoviscidose de s'évader de leur quotidien médicalisé en découvrant le monde à travers les aventures que nous allons vivre. Il est au coeur d'un projet positif qui lui permet de s'évader, de retrouver l'énergie dont il a besoin pour lutter contre la maladie.
* Promouvoir les projets de "jeunes solidaires" rencontrés sur le parcours via le site internet. Partenaires actuels:
* World Vision, 1ère ONG de parrainage d'enfants, http://www.visiondumonde.fr/
* A fond pour Jo, Association loi 1901, créée suite au décès à 20 ans d'un de leurs amis atteint de la mucoviscidose. http://afondpourjo.free.fr/
Pourquoi à vélo ?
* C'est la façon la plus écologique de voyager
* A vélo, nous pourrons aller où le vent nous portera.
