1,000+ women. 8 years. 3 countries. 🎉

Since 2018, Sistech has accompanied refugee and displaced women into tech careers, providing free training, mentorship, and networking opportunities in Web Development, Data Analysis, Cybersecurity, and more.

Three more numbers we’re proud to highlight:

65% of Fellows moved onto advanced training or secured contracts
16 different companies hired Fellows last year
31 alumni came back as mentors, speakers, and ambassadors.

The need is great. But so is the community behind this mission. 💜

To the 31 Fellows who completed the programme: congratulations! 🎊 And to the wonderful volunteers who joined us for the off-boarding celebration in June — and to those who couldn't make it, but showed up every single week with care, patience, and expertise — thank you. 🫶

Before our programmes: 58% of Fellows felt satisfied with their accomplishments.
After: 75%. 📈

+17 points of confidence. That's not just a stat, it's a woman walking into a job interview believing she belongs.

It shows up everywhere:
💪 76% felt a high sense of self-worth after completing our programmes
✨ 77% felt optimistic about their future

Skills open doors. Confidence walks through them.
