In late April, LinkedIn Milan hosted 17 Fellows for hands-on workshops, all focused on navigating the Italian tech job market with confidence. 🎯

Three sessions covered:
- Personal branding & networking,
- LinkedIn Learning, and
- How to make the most of LinkedIn’s features when job hunting in a new country.

Thank you to Olga Farreras Casado and Ana Magaña for sharing your inspiring stories, and to Vittoria Vimercati, Elisa Birolini, and Emanuela Battiloro for leading clear and useful sessions.

2025 was a year of tests and transformation 🦋

We supported 228 refugee women across France, Italy, and Greece; began building Lena, our AI-powered learning navigator; deepened partnerships and launched new ones; grew our community to nearly 1,000 alumnae.

In a year marked by many challenges, we didn’t pull back. Instead, we used empathy, collaboration, and responsibility to light our path, and we kept moving forward.

Imagine showing up to one of Europe’s largest software conferences: in a new country, in a new language, in a field where you’re still finding your footing.

That’s exactly what 14 Sistech Fellows did at Devoxx Greece 2026. And they showed up fully 💥

Three days. 1,500 developers. 30 countries. And 14 women right in the middle of it, learning & connecting to the tech world.

Thank you, Patroklos Papapetrou and the team. Representation in tech spaces matters, and you prove it, year after year. 🙌

On Wednesday evening in Milan, the room was packed. And when the women of the Boost programme took the stage, everyone listened.

Data Analysts, Cybersecurity Specialists, Web Developers, Project Managers, Product Managers… One by one, they shared their journeys, their skills, and their professional goals with clarity, determination and generosity.

One of the highlights of the evening was a speech by Olga Radibaba, an alumna of the Boost 2024 programme and now a Cybersecurity Analyst, who had inspiring words for the new cohort. Living proof that transformation is real 🦋

We are proud to have supported these women on part of their journey, and we can’t wait to see how far they’ll go 🚀

A huge thank you to Boost Godmother Fatine Amante, to Nicandro F. Cendamo and Tech Talent for opening their doors to us, and to Cristina Arbini for hosting the evening.

Imagine a Class Reunion, Career Workshop and Masterclass Series – all rolled into one. Thanks to the imagination and dedicated support of our partners BNP Paribas Cardif, that is the kind of event we pulled off earlier this week.

It took close to three months of planning, but bringing our alumnae community together in Paris was worth it. More than reconnecting and enjoying each other’s company, former programme Fellows learned from business execs and polished their CVs alongside HR pros.

It was the kind of event that required time, but especially trust and shared values. Thanks again to the entire BNP Paribas Cardif team. You welcomed us in, and sent us forth with renewed energies 🚀
