🚀 3 intensive days of our LTTA “Train the Trainer” in Paris have come to an end!

First impressions, intensive testing of the platform and modules, and valuable exchanges shaped our collaboration. The final fine-tuning will continue over the coming weeks, with partners taking home concrete follow-up tasks.

🔍 Kicking off the next phase of Bots4Business!

Work Package 5 is now underway, focusing on policy recommendations.

We’re starting with two key activities:
📊 Desk research to map challenges, needs and opportunities around AI adoption in SMEs
💬 Focus groups with VET professionals and SME representatives to gather real insights from the field

This phase is all about listening and collecting evidence. The goal is to understand what really works, what barriers still exist and what kind of support SMEs and VET systems need to make AI adoption effective and inclusive.

The findings will feed into concrete policy recommendations and practical guidelines, helping shape future training approaches and support measures across Europe.

Exciting times ahead for Bots4Business!

Our partners will soon come together in Paris for the Transnational Training Event (LTTA), where VET trainers will experience the Bots4Business CPD programme in action for the very first time.

Over 2.5 days, we’ll be testing AI training modules, building trainer confidence, and preparing for national roll-out across Europe.

Looking forward to turning months of development into real learning experiences. 🚀

🚀 Bots4Business is bringing AI closer to SMEs across Europe

Work Package 4 has reached a key result. The Bots4Business SME Training Package and the MOOC for Workforce AI Skills are now fully translated into the languages of all partner countries.

The focus here is clear: give SMEs practical tools they can actually use. From understanding AI basics to applying it in real business functions, the content is built to support decision-makers and employees step by step.

The package combines:
🔹 A modular training programme for SME owners
🔹 A MOOC with short, hands-on AI courses
🔹 Real use cases linked to productivity, efficiency and growth

Everything is designed to make AI less abstract and more actionable inside companies.

🤖🌍 Bots4Business update: WP3 is going multilingual!

Work Package 3 has reached a key milestone. The CPD in-service training programme for VET professionals has now been fully translated into the national languages of all 5 partner countries..

This is not just a technical step. It means the training content is becoming truly accessible and ready to be used at local level, supporting VET trainers and professionals working directly with SMEs on AI and digital transformation.

The programme has been designed to:
🔹 Break down AI into practical, understandable concepts
🔹 Equip VET professionals with tools to support SMEs
🔹 Strengthen innovation and adaptability within VET systems
🔹 Foster collaboration and exchange across countries

With 9 modules and a strong focus on real-world application, the CPD supports VET professionals in their role as learners, facilitators and leaders of digital change.

🤝 Another step forward for Bots4Business!
Our partners met again for a project update meeting, taking stock of where we are and what comes next. The focus? Two key points that will shape the next phase of our work.
First, we aligned on the upcoming LTTA in France — a crucial moment where VET trainers will engage directly with our AI training programme, test the content and exchange practical insights. Preparations are in full swing to make this experience as hands-on and impactful as possible.
We also looked ahead at the next activities, coordinating timelines, responsibilities and upcoming deliverables to keep everything on track as we move closer to piloting.
Momentum is building and we’re getting closer to bringing practical AI skills to SMEs and VET professionals across Europe. 🚀
