L'Arche Internationale

✨ The L'Arche Light Festival is just around the corner! Everyone is invited to join us on Zoom as we share the light that L'Arche brings to each of us and to the world.

🌍 On October 16 at 3:00am UTC and 3:00pm UTC (choose the time that works best for your community) we'll explore the theme of "Sharing life, Discovering meaning" through stories, music, and moments of quiet reflection.

To prepare, think of something you use when you gather for important moments in your community - a special candle? A tapestry? An icon? A birthday crown? Bring it along to the Festival so you can share it with others around the Federation. 💫

🕯️ And don't forget to share pictures from your community on social media, tagged with as we get ready for this important moment in our shared life as an International Federation.

If you have questions, email us anytime at [email protected]!

EN : What does inclusive social entrepreneurship look like?

We're excited to share over the coming weeks a four-part series, highlighting local programs and learnings from L'Arche's international inclusive learning initiative in social entrepreneurship!

Part 4: India: A small improvement can have a big impact! ✨

Last year, the Somfy Foundation financed the purchase of tents for the garden of L'Arche Asansol (Asha Niketan), an investment that the community could not make on its own and whose effect is not negligible! These tents, which can be easily handled by all team members, are the guarantee that the plants will not be destroyed by the rain and after a year, the result on sales revenue is visible. 🚀

Who better to talk about it than the team on site?

À quoi ressemble l’entrepreneuriat social inclusif?

What does inclusive social entrepreneurship look like?

We're excited to share over the coming weeks a four-part series, highlighting local programs and learnings from L'Arche's international inclusive learning initiative in social entrepreneurship!

Part 4: India: Market gardening allows inclusion all over the world! 🌍

Our first part was about the garden of L'Arche Zimbabwe, we close the circle with this last part dedicated to the garden of L'Arche Asansol (Asha Niketan) in India. The climate is different, the plants are sometimes the same, but what does not change is the inclusion of people with learning disabilities through work and the production of vegetables and fruits that are good for all! 🤝🍅

Volet 4: Inde.
