🌡️ HEATWAVE ADVISORY FOR MALAYSIAN CITIZENS IN FRANCE 🇲🇾🇫🇷
France is currently experiencing a period of extreme heat. The Embassy of Malaysia in Paris advises all Malaysian citizens to take the necessary precautions to stay safe during the heatwave.

Please:
💧 Stay well hydrated
🧢 Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun, especially during the hottest hours of the day
🏠 Stay in cool or air-conditioned places whenever possible
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Check on family, friends, and vulnerable individuals
🚨 Seek immediate medical attention if you or someone around you shows signs of heat-related illness.

What a lovely day out! 🧺☀️ Huge thanks to Bavita Guillaumont for teaching us the Iban way of toasting and Ngajat, the Iban warrior dance — such a fun and meaningful way to connect with our roots! 💃
It was wonderful seeing all the little ones running around and enjoying the picnic with us. We also had a fun mini quiz about Sarawak, and we're already looking forward to covering more Malaysian states in our next gathering!
Thank you to everyone who came and made the day so warm and memorable. See you at the next one! 🇲🇾✨

Come picnic 🧺 with us tomorrow!

Kind reminder that the annual MAF Picnic is happening tomorrow, Saturday 20th June at Parc Montsouris in the 14th arrondissement.

Remember to bring your picnic essentials like mat to sit on, plates, trash bags for clean up and enough food for yourself and those attending with you.
And as we are experiencing elevated temperatures this week, don’t forget your sun protection like hat, SPF and 🪭 hand fans.
