This family is one of the greatest track and field dynasties in American history🏅

Joetta Clark Diggs a four-time Olympian, five USA Outdoor titles, went 28 years without missing a single race. Her sisters Jearl Miles-Clark and Hazel Clark are five-time and three-time Olympians.

Their father, the late Dr. Joe L. Clark was a legendary educator who inspired the film Lean on Me. And now Talitha - World Champion, two-time NCAA Champion, summa cm laude graduate, and the next chapter of a story that just keeps getting better. We see you 🥹❤️

THE DEFINITION OF RESILIENT

Meet Camryn Wennersten of Furman University 💜💟

With PRs of 4:14 in the 1500, and 2:08 in the 800, she is quite the middle distance runner 💅

But that success hasn’t come without obstacles. In 2025 Camryn was struck head on by a car while doing cycling intervals. There was great uncertainty after this lead to a traumatic brain injury.

Because she’s FIERCE and STRONG, she PERSEVERED. Less than a year later, Camryn has been able to not only find herself again, but PR in events and get back to what she loves in style⭐️🙌

We hope Camryn’s story inspires all of our TRACKGIRLZ🪷🥰

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re talking about something we don’t say enough: running, jumping, and throwing can heal you. But it can also hide things. Both are true. And as a community built on Sisterhood and authenticity, we think it’s time to have the real conversation.

Track and Field gave us our people, our confidence, our something to hold onto. But this May we’re also acknowledging the other side. The bad race that wrecks your self-worth. The rest day that feels like failure. The pressure that quietly chips away at you.

Remember to show yourself grace and take care of your whole self 💕

Poise isn’t the absence of pressure. It’s the ability to carry it with grace.

Faith Kipyegon embodies that fully. A world record holder, three-time Olympic champion, and a mother who came back stronger every time. On the biggest stages in the world, she wins with a quiet, unshakeable calm that never wavers. And when she fell just short of breaking the 4-minute mile, she looked up and said “if it’s not me, it’ll be somebody else. We are not limited.” 💕

Her journey reminds us that poise isn’t something you’re born with. It’s something you build, through every setback, every comeback, every race you show up for anyway. Who in your life carries themselves with that kind of grace under pressure? Tag them below and celebrate the poise they bring👇
