Life Project 4 Youth is an organization dedicated to the professional and social integration of Young

Life Project 4 Youth is a movement 100% dedicated to the professional and social integration of Young Adults living in extreme poverty and victims of exclusion. There are currently 1.3 billion Youth aged 15 to 24, 600 million of whom are living below the poverty threshold of $2 per day, malnourished, victims of domestic violence and abuse…
In 2025 their numbers will reach 1 billion. Youth is the transition between childhood and adulthood, and it is a key phase in successfully escaping poverty. LP4Y is committed to transparency and impact measurement to keep track of needs, activities and areas for improvement as operational progress is made. Since the end of 2019, the entire organization has implemented more quantitative and qualitative measurement indicators in order to achieve a global vision of its impact on all players in the LP4Y movement: Youth supported, local communities and partners involved in the ecosystem. LP4Y's success rates (2009-2021):
5,044 accompanied Youth
40,352 positively impacted people
1,131 Youths being accompanied in 2021
72% integrated Youth in 2021, most of whom carried out their training in 2020.
150 Catalysts, professionals working for Youth inclusion
126 Volunteers committed in Europe and the United States
19 Training and Development Centers

🤝What if NGOs collaborated more instead of competing?

That was the question at the heart of the latest Youth for Change Network (Y4CN) event in Kolkata.

Y4CN is an LP4Y initiative that brings together organizations working with vulnerable communities to share resources, exchange expertise, and build partnerships. The goal is simple: by working together, we can create stronger pathways towards the professional and social inclusion of young people.

Centered around the theme “Collaboration over Competition,” the event featured an interactive workshop, testimonies, presentations from LP4Y and Y4CN, and a collaborative marketplace where NGOs shared what they could offer and what they were looking for from others.

The conversations quickly turned into action, with organizations connecting, exchanging ideas, and beginning new collaborations before the event had even ended.

Because when organizations choose to collaborate instead of compete, everyone benefits!

On June 18th, the Youth Inclusion International Forum (YIIF) 2026 brought together 100 participants in Manila for a day of meaningful dialogue and action around Youth inclusion.

Under the theme "From Exclusion to Action : Co-Creating Inclusive Futures for Filipino Youth", the forum gathered Youth, companies, NGOs, institutions, universities, public sector to exchange ideas, share experiences, and build concrete solutions for a more inclusive future.

✨ Highlights of the day:

- Really deep and heartfelt testimony by Jhayvie Dela Cruz (Life Project 4 Youth)
- Inspiring talk by Reena Vivienne Pineda (Lawyer & former Commissioner Representing Luzon at the National Youth Commission)
- Reflection through panel discussion moderated by Jacqui Cuadro (Think Human Fund) and involving Sherlyn Caasi (LP4Y), Marcelo R Manaig Jr (Auro Chocolate), Virgie Pascual (Altera) and Lyra Tui (Décathlon/LP4Y)
- Working together across 3 different workshops brought fresh energy and real teamwork animated by : Virgie Pascual & Khirsty Mae Filio (Altera), Hyrah Santos (MakeSense Asia), Patrick Tiongson (3 Zero House / Acted PH), Léa Le Deit (Youth Inclusion Network), Louise Rasera (Youth 4 change Network).
