Life Project 4 Youth is a movement 100% dedicated to the professional and social integration of Young Adults living in extreme poverty and victims of exclusion. There are currently 1.3 billion Youth aged 15 to 24, 600 million of whom are living below the poverty threshold of $2 per day, malnourished, victims of domestic violence and abuse…
In 2025 their numbers will reach 1 billion. Youth is the t

ransition between childhood and adulthood, and it is a key phase in successfully escaping poverty. LP4Y is committed to transparency and impact measurement to keep track of needs, activities and areas for improvement as operational progress is made. Since the end of 2019, the entire organization has implemented more quantitative and qualitative measurement indicators in order to achieve a global vision of its impact on all players in the LP4Y movement: Youth supported, local communities and partners involved in the ecosystem. LP4Y's success rates (2009-2021):
5,044 accompanied Youth
40,352 positively impacted people
1,131 Youths being accompanied in 2021
72% integrated Youth in 2021, most of whom carried out their training in 2020.
150 Catalysts, professionals working for Youth inclusion
126 Volunteers committed in Europe and the United States

Once trained in the LP4Y Pedagogy and tools, you will support a team of young adults (17–24 years old) and develop the following areas:

📚 Pedagogy & youth follow-up: empower young adults to gain confidence in their capacity to act and find and keep a decent job

🏪 Micro-company development (social entrepreneurship), enabling Youths to develop their soft skills (business, management, organisation, planning, communication, professionalism, time management) and their hard skills (digital literacy, English).

👩‍💼 Profile Required
- 23+ national female only
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Work experience in the corporate sector will be appreciated
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Proactive, team-oriented, motivated, with a strong volunteer mindset.
- Professional behavior
- Ready to learn and grow
