Living abroad can bring up a strange mix of emotions, especially when the world feels uncertain and home feels far away. 💭🌍

You’re not alone. Being abroad right now comes with a particular kind of emotional weight and sometimes you need more than a glass of wine with friends to process it.

Join WICE for an honest and grounding conversation with American psychotherapist Caitlin Dwyer, LCSW, as we explore the emotional realities of living abroad during difficult times: from anxiety and grief to identity, connection, and resilience.

Whether you’re carrying worry, grief, confusion, or just a quiet sense of distance from home, this is a space to name it, understand it, and find some steadiness.

📅 5 June 2:00–4:00 PM / Second Session: 11 June 2:00–4:00 PM
📍 MVAC Quartier Latin, 75005 Paris

Caitlin Dwyer is an American psychotherapist based in Paris whose work focuses on emotional resilience, identity, anxiety, and navigating uncertainty. Before moving into private practice, she spent 10 years at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and earned her MSW from the University of Pennsylvania.
