📌 Beaucoup pensent qu'il suffit d'avoir un frère ou une sœur français(e) pour obtenir la nationalité. C'est FAUX

✅ Pour que la nationalité par fratrie soit possible, votre frère ou votre sœur doit remplir toutes ces conditions :

🇫🇷 Être né(e) en France de parents étrangers.

📄 Avoir acquis la nationalité française :
✔️ à 18 ans après avoir vécu en France au moins 5 ans depuis l'âge de 11 ans,
ou
✔️ à partir de 16 ans par déclaration,
ou
✔️ à partir de 13 ans sur demande des parents, après 5 ans de résidence depuis l'âge de 8 ans.

⚠️ Si votre frère ou votre sœur est devenu(e) français(e) par naturalisation ou par décret, cela n'ouvre pas le droit à la nationalité par fratrie.

💡 Chaque dossier est différent. Avant de déposer une demande, vérifiez que toutes les conditions sont réunies.

The CERFA form n° 15186*02 is no longer available for download in paper or PDF format for standard procedures. For several years, the application process for a work permit to hire a foreign employee has been entirely digitalized in France.

To complete this process, the employer (or their representative) must log in directly to the official portal for the digital administration of foreigners in France (ANEF) at this address: administration-etrangers-en-france.interieur.gouv.fr.

The information is entered directly online, replacing the old Cerfa form.

Key steps for the standard procedure (excluding shortage occupations):
Job posting (Testing the labor market): Before submitting the application, you must post the job vacancy for a minimum of 3 weeks (21 days) with France Travail (formerly Pôle Emploi) or an official placement agency. You will need to prove that no suitable candidate already available on the French labor market could be found for the position.

Online submission: Complete the questionnaire on the ANEF platform, upload the required supporting documents (job offer, proof of publication, candidate's CV, diplomas, passport, etc.), and submit the file.

Review: The relevant Foreign Labor services (MOE) will review the application (checking the offered salary, qualifications, and recruitment efforts).
