L’Association de loi 1901 a été créée en 2004 à Empuré et son siège social est maintenant à Paizay Naudouin. Elle a pour but de favoriser les contacts et les échanges entre Britanniques et Français pour une meilleure compréhension et une amitié sincère. L’Association propose à ses membres tout au long de l’année des événements et des sorties ainsi que des groupes : conversation hebdomadaire en fra
nçais et en anglais, randonnées mensuelles, projet d’aide aux écoliers et collégiens français pour la pratique orale de l’anglais…

The association was formed in 2004 at Empuré but it is now based in Paizay Naudouin. The aim of the association is to encourage and enable contact between the French and the British in order to develop a mutual understanding and friendship. For the members, the Association provides an annual calendar of events and outings including the following: weekly conversation in French and English, monthly walks, helping French schoolchildren practice their English, etc
