Petit voyage en Argentine dimanche 31 mai à 18h avec LOS CANTERO, le père German multi-instrumentiste chanteur et le fils Nino guitariste chanteur pour un récital enchanteur "un poquito de Amor" . Ils seront rejoints par France Affidi, pianiste chanteuse, exploratrice et créatrice inspirée.

Notre food truck Douceurs D'Or sera là pour la restauration, les boissons et la convivialité.

Ce sera aussi le moment de découvrir le livre réalisé, écrit et documenté par l'équipe Capel Art : ... De la laine au chapeau... Chapellerie de Montazels, Voyage dans un lieu singulier chargé d'histoire. Vendu au prix de 10€.

Nous mettons aussi en avant notre adhérent Don Tait et vous invitons à son exposition de peintures et dessins "images de paysages" du 1 au 7 juin à Alet-les-Bains, Salle des Consuls. Exposit@ion organisée par l'Association des Artistes Alétois..

It will also be an opportunity to discover the book produced, written and researched by the Capel Art team: ... From Wool to Hat... Chapellerie de Montazels, A journey through a unique place steeped in history. On sale for €10.

We are also highlighting our member Don Tait and invite you to his exhibition of paintings and drawings, ‘Images of Landscapes’, from 1 to 7 June in Alet-les-Bains, Salle des Consuls. Exhibition organised by the Association des Artistes Alétois.

Un petit village du sud de la France, Montazels dans l'Aude, résiste et fabrique encore et toujours de somptueuses pièces en feutre, de la laine au chapeau... Nous vous invitons à un voyage dans le temps d'hier à aujourd'hui."...

La quatrième de couverture du livre ... "De la laine au chapeau", vous invite dans un voyage dans un lieu singulier chargé d'histoire : la Chapellerie de Montazels et MontCapel .

Réalisé, écrit et documenté par l'association Capel Art et édité par "le sanglier à plume", le livre est d'ores et déjà disponible et en vente 10€.

The back cover of the book ... "From Wool to Hat" invites you on a journey to a unique place rich in history: the Montazels and MontCapel Hat Factory.

Produced, written, and documented by the Capel Art association and published by "le sanglier à plume," the book is now available and on sale for €10.

Après 2 superbes concerts ce mois d'avril, Edward BACHMAN le 11 et Johnny IRION le 25, place au mois de mai avec :

- SAMEDI 23 à 18h, Robert BELTRAN qui viendra nous parler de son livre "la couverture déchirée" sur le thème de la Retirada.
- DIMANCHE 31 à 18h, German et Nino CANTERO déposeront à la chapellerie leurs multiples instruments pour "un poquito de amor".

Un grand merci à nos partenaires Douceurs D'Or qui assurent la restauration et contribuent à la convivialité qui anime chaque évènement Capel Art.

Les visites de la chapellerie continuent les derniers mercredis de chaque mois à 14h ou sur demande.

C'est reparti pour les spectacles à la chapellerie de Montazels, SAMEDI 11 AVRIL à 18h avec EDWARD BACHMANN & bourbon street.
Il nous avait enchantés en 2025 et nous revient avec une petite formation revisiter les standards du blues/folk américain. (Au chapeau).
Restauration et boissons avec Douceurs D'Or .
Le 25 avril à 18h, nous resterons en Amérique du Nord avec, en exclusivité pour Capel Art, JOHNNY IRION dans un registre country/folk. (10€/8€).
