Fondée en 2005 et présidée par Tanya Saadé Zeenny, la Fondation CMA CGM reflète les valeurs du Groupe CMA CGM, acteur familial de référence dans le transport et la logistique. Avec responsabilité, solidarité et passion, la Fondation s’engage pour l’aide humanitaire et l'éducation. Elle développe des partenariats durables et sur-mesure, et implique activement les collaborateurs du Groupe sur le terrain. Face aux crises, la Fondation mobilise l’expertise maritime et logistique du Groupe CMA CGM pour acheminer du matériel humanitaire au plus près des besoins avec son opération Conteneurs d’Espoir. Elle soutient également l'accès à une éducation de qualité, la formation et l'insertion professionnelle, ainsi que l’innovation éducative et sociale. A ce jour, la Fondation a acheminé 100 000 tonnes de matériel humanitaire vers 100 pays, soutenu plus de 75 000 enfants à travers ses actions éducatives menées en France, au Liban et dans le monde et accompagné 55 entrepreneurs à travers son incubateur social Le Phare.

Quand la logistique solidaire sillonne les routes de France 🚚

La Fondation CMA CGM s'engage auprès de l’Agence du Don en Nature, qui lutte contre la précarité matérielle en transformant les dons de produits des entreprises en aides concrètes, partout en France.

Aux côtés de CEVA Logistics, nous assurons le transport à titre gracieux de fournitures à destination d’associations étudiantes aux quatre coins du pays.

Unir nos forces face aux crises humanitaires. 🤝

À l’occasion de la Conférence nationale humanitaire, la Fondation CMA CGM rejoint le "Club humanitaire France", une initiative du France Diplomatie qui rassemble acteurs publics, privés et associatifs autour d’un objectif commun : mieux répondre, ensemble, aux urgences humanitaires.

Depuis 2020 aux côtés du CDCS, la Fondation CMA CGM mobilise l’expertise maritime et logistique du CMA CGM GROUP (Official) pour acheminer l’aide au plus près des populations : plus de 4.700 tonnes d’aide ont déjà été transportées, notamment vers le Liban, Gaza, Mayotte, la Turquie, l’Ukraine et l’Inde.

Et bientôt, nous franchirons une nouvelle étape avec l’Entrepôt solidaire de Lyon : un hub humanitaire et pharmaceutique réunissant associations françaises, Fondations et ONG internationales pour renforcer la capacité de réponse aux crises humanitaires dans le monde, en partenariat avec Bioport.

🎓 Label Emmaüs, DesCodeuses et GenCo développent des solutions concrètes autour de l’insertion, du numérique et du lien entre parents et jeunes. Des projets à impact que nous accompagnons et soutenons.

💡 StudiAva, avec qui l'IA permet d'orienter professionnellement les jeunes, et Kumulus Water, qui transforme l'humidité de l'air en eau potable, lauréats des , ont aussi partagé leurs innovations.

Two innovative projects to increase the impact of the Fondation CMA CGM

For the first time at the , the CMA CGM Foundation is recognizing two innovative solutions addressing key humanitarian and educational challenges, our two main pillars.

🎓 StudiAva harnesses AI to guide young people and professionals towards training programs, industries and career opportunities that best match their profiles.

💧 Kumulus Water transforms humidity in the air into safe drinking water, creating new opportunities to improve access to water in humanitarian settings.

Both startups will receive one year of support from ZEBOX and work closely with the CMA CGM Foundation and its ecosystem to further develop their solutions and expand their impact.

Through the Containers of Hope program, 28 containers per day are shipped across the world for NGOs and humanitarian actors.

Opening doors to port careers for young talent in Brazil. ⚓

Through its partnership with FEMAR - Fundação de Estudos do Mar, the Fondation CMA CGM is funding 24 scholarships for young Brazilians from disadvantaged backgrounds, giving them access to training and career opportunities in the maritime and logistics sector.

And the support goes beyond the classroom...

Last Thursday, students from the "CMA CGM Foundation cohort" stepped inside the Port of Rio to discover the industry firsthand. Organized by the CMA CGM Foundation and CEVA Logistics, the visit brought their learning to life and gave them a closer look at their future careers.

This partnership further strengthens the CMA CGM Foundation’s commitment to quality education, in line with its collaboration with Gol de Letra in Brazil, as well as its initiatives supporting young people in Vietnam, Indonesia, India, Côte d’Ivoire, Kenya and beyond.
