Like many engineers, I chose this profession to design and implement technical solutions aiming to make people's living conditions better. And yet, more and more young engineers who want to work with sense and engagement think that it is incompatible with their line of work. In the light of this, I, Isabelle, created this project called La Clavette, to show that Responsible, Innovating and Social
Engineering can exist! For that purpose, I will travel the world to film inspiring initiatives that exist and work, and I will share videos of this experience online. The La Clavette association works alongside companies, schools and associations to define tomorrow's Engineer and the positive changes that each of us can make. Like the key (clavette in French) making two mechanical parts rotate together, I want to bring engineers to a technology that is heading in the right direction. It's your turn to join the movement!

Comme beaucoup d’ingénieurs j’ai choisi ce métier pour concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions techniques afin d’améliorer les conditions de vie des hommes. Pourtant, un nombre croissant de jeunes ingénieurs qui souhaitent un travail avec du sens et de l’engagement pensent que c’est inconciliable avec leur métier. Devant ce constat, moi, Isabelle, j’ai monté le projet La Clavette, pour montrer qu’une Ingénierie Responsable, Innovante et Sociale est possible ! Pour cela, je vais parcourir la planète et filmer les initiatives inspirantes qui existent et qui fonctionnent puis partager les vidéos de cette expérience sur internet. L’association La Clavette travaille avec les entreprises, les écoles et les associations pour réfléchir à la définition de l’ingénieur de demain et les changements positifs que chacun peut apporter. Comme la clavette qui fait tourner deux pièces mécaniques ensemble, je veux entraîner les ingénieurs vers la technologie qui va dans le bon sens.
