The IEEE Young Professionals (YP), previously known as Graduates of Last Decade (GOLD), is a group of IEEE members that have completed their first academic degree within the last 15 years. It is an international community of innovative members and volunteers. y and giving back to the community. The YP program has been established to provide several helpful tools and resources designed to help young professionals evaluate their career goals, polish their professional image, and create the building blocks of a lifelong and diverse professional network.
