As a mark of respect, we are honourbound to present the sole seaworthy Higgins landing craft in Europe, similar to those used by thousands of troops on June 6th, 1944… A legendary boat of which only a few units remain worldwide, despite more than 22,000 units built. CHALLENGE L.C.V.P. - Higgins Boat Project is a volunteer based non-profit organization registered under the French law. Combining both technical & cultural dimension, it appeals for support to preserve WWII naval historical heritage.
