New: LastQuake alerts on Facebook Messenger 🔔

Our Messenger bot “LastQuake Alert Bot” sends notifications for felt earthquakes near your location and lets you share your testimony (felt reports) directly in Messenger.

How to use it:
1. In Messenger, search under Pages for “LastQuake Alert Bot”.
2. Open the Page and tap “Get Started” (or type 'start').
3. Set your location to start receiving alerts.

How to share a testimony:
• When you receive an alert, tap “Yes, I felt it” under the notification; or
• At any time, type 'felt' in the chat to send a felt report.
