Today is world mental health day 🫶

Within the sailing community, we recognize how time on the water can positively impact the mind — encouraging mindfulness, relieving stress, and fostering friendships across borders. The rhythm of the wind and waves reminds us to slow down, breathe, and find balance🧘🏻

Today and every day, the sail training community stands in support of open conversations, compassion, and activities that strengthen both mind, relations and spirit⛵️💙
