Being part of an international congress such as **ESMO (European Society for Medical Oncology)** is a powerful reminder that **the impact of an advocacy organisation is not measured by its size, but by the voices it represents and the difference it strives to make.**
We may be small organisations, but we carry a BIG responsibility: **being the voice of children, teenagers and families facing brain tumours and complex, often life-threatening healthcare pathways.**
💙 We bring the experiences of families who navigate uncertainty, difficult decisions, intensive treatments and sometimes unimaginable challenges.
💙 We advocate for their needs, their rights, their quality of life and their meaningful involvement in decisions that affect them.
💙 We work to ensure that the realities of patients and families are heard not only in research, clinical practice, healthcare policies and international scientific discussions but also at the bedside.
**Advocacy is not about the size of an organisation. It is about commitment, credibility, experience and the courage to speak up for those whose voices are too often missing.**
We believe that scientific progress and truly patient-centred care are only possible when patients and families are recognised as essential partners.
