The Splash team has arrived across eight sites: Paris, Strasbourg, Lyon, Angers, Bordeaux and Aix-en-Provence in France, Málaga in Spain, and Budapest in Hungary, ready to begin IMPACT ESSCA. 🌍
Now in its sixth year, IMPACT ESSCA will bring together approximately 1,400 students to support eight local organisations across Europe.
Throughout the project, students will be introduced to project management by observing a real project in action, with their experiences then discussed and explored further back in the classroom.
They will also begin to understand what it means to be part of an effective team, putting teamwork into practice while getting to know one another outside the classroom and making a positive impact in their local communities.
At the heart of the experience are ESSCA’s values, deeply rooted in its history and vision for leadership: Humanism, Responsibility, Agility and Reliability.
As Splash CEO Simon Poole shares:
“Since we have been working with ESSCA, more than 6,600 students have delivered 29 projects across Europe. Those numbers are impressive, but what matters most is the lasting impact. Every project strengthens a local organisation, every student gains new skills, and every community is left a little stronger than before. This year’s projects, from Bordeaux to Budapest, are bigger than ever and I can’t wait to see how all the teams step up to the challenge.”
